Standard delivery times are approximately 24-48 hours after orders have been processed and dispatched, with delivery to more remote regions typically taking up to 72 hours after dispatch. Lost or Damaged Shipments

A shipment will be classified as lost only once the courier has officially confirmed non-delivery. Where loss or damage is verified and attributable to the carrier, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment or store credit of equivalent value.
