Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24hrs after payment with Uk orders delivered within 1-2 business days after shipping confirmation email.  Custom peptide synthesis orders and wholesale orders may require additional lead time depending on complexity and quantity. Clients will be notified of estimated delivery timelines upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We utilize reliable courier services such as DHL Expressfor European, USA and International deliveries and Royal Mail or Evri for tracked 1-2 days deliveries for all Uk orders to ensure timely and traceable delivery. Shipping options may vary depending on destination, order size, and regulatory requirements.

Bulk Purchase Range 

Royal Mail International Tracked 8-12 Business Days -Free Delivery!

For all our "Bulk Purchase Range" of peptides we offer free trackable International Shipping direct from the manufacturer, shipping will be 3-5 business days but please allow 8-12 days for delivery after purchase to allow for our communications, admin and international payments to our supplier. Important Information for USA & Canada Customers

We offer shipping to customers throughout the United States. Peptides are legally available in the USA when supplied strictly as research products, and the applicable regulatory framework is consistent with that of the United Kingdom. As all products are clearly labeled for research use only, shipments clear customs smoothly and without issue due to USA laws closely aligned with the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery times are approximately 24-48 hours after orders have been processed and dispatched, with delivery to more remote regions typically taking up to 72 hours after dispatch. Please note that all stated delivery timeframes apply from the point of processing and dispatch, not from the time the order is placed. We maintain a well established shipping process to ensure orders are handled efficiently, securely, and with the highest level of professionalism using DHL express service to complete delivery of orders as fast as possible.

Important Information for EU & Customers

Orders shipped from the UK to EU destinations may be subject to customs duties, importation costs, and VAT at your country's applicable rate. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
You will receive an email notification from the courier or customs office requesting payment of these duties, VAT, or handling fees. As soon as payment is made, your parcel will be released and delivered. Please note that the longer payment is delayed, the longer your goods will remain held at customs.
We dispatch all parcels promptly, but delivery times depend on how quickly customs clearance is completed. 
BioPlex Peptides accepts no responsibility for customs seizures. If local laws prohibit the purchase or import of our products, liability rests solely with the buyer.

Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text message. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Due to the nature of peptide products, certain items may require temperature-controlled packaging. We use validated cold-chain solutions to maintain product integrity during transit. Clients are advised to promptly retrieve and store shipments according to recommended conditions upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

BioPleX Peptides complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of research chemicals. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that peptide products are permitted in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline shipments to regions with known import restrictions or regulatory barriers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take every reasonable measure to ensure that all orders are securely packaged, accurately documented, and dispatched in accordance with our established shipping procedures. However, once an order has been processed, dispatched, and handed over to the designated carrier, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the courier, and delivery is subject to their handling and transit processes.

In the event that an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and contents must be provided to allow us to investigate the matter with the carrier. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe, or without sufficient supporting documentation, may not be eligible for review or resolution.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work directly with the courier to initiate a formal investigation. A shipment will be classified as lost only once the courier has officially confirmed non-delivery. Please note that investigations may take several business days to complete, depending on the carrier and destination.

Where loss or damage is verified and attributable to the carrier, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment or store credit of equivalent value. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, customs inspections, seizure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend that customers ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time especially email addresses and phone numbers. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy regarding lost or damaged shipments.

We proudly support bulk purchasing for research Institutions, distributers and resellers. Here what you can expect when placing a wholesale order;

• Free Delivery for Uk and Europe on orders between 1-50 boxes (10 Vials per box)
• Direct dispatch from the manufacturer to ensure product integrity.
