General Storage Guidelines

• Store all peptides in airtight, moisture-resistant containers to prevent exposure to humidity.
• Minimise freeze-thaw cycles by dividing peptides into single-use aliquots whenever possible.
• Protect peptides from light, especially if they are modified or known to be photosensitive, by storing them in amber vials or wrapping them in foil.
• Always practice sterile handling and accurate labelling, including peptide name, concentration, date, and storage conditions.

Lyophilised Peptides

• Keep lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides at minus 20°C or lower for long-term stability.
• Ensure the container is sealed tightly to keep out moisture.
• Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation, which can degrade the peptide.
• Only open vials in a dry environment to prevent humidity from affecting the product.

Reconstituted Peptides

• Store peptides reconstituted with sterile water or buffer at 2°C to 8°C and use within 1–12 weeks.
• If peptides are dissolved in DMSO or other organic solvents, store them at minus 20°C and protect from light.
• Always aliquot into single-use volumes immediately after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Clearly label all aliquots with relevant information and only thaw as needed to preserve the peptide’s activity and integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if validated, arrange for a replacement to be shipped promptly.
